Position Description

ChristianaCare is recruiting for a NP or PA to join our Concord Medicine & Pediatrics Practice which is centrally located in Chadds Ford, PA. This is a M-F full-time position with occasional evening hours as well as 2 hours of non-conventional patient facing time per week. Concord Primary Care currently has 4 physicians, 3 advanced practice clinicians, and support staff. Don't hesitate in joining this great team!

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Master’s degree as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse –NP or a Physician Assistant
Licensure or license eligible as set forth by the state of Delaware & Pennsylvania
Prescriptive authority required in Delaware & Pennsylvania
Certification in BLS
Experience in Family Medicine as a NP or PA preferred
