In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Spend 45 minutes with each patient, allowing for thorough and personalized care.
• Serve the senior population, focusing on building meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients.
• Work collaboratively alongside a physician, ensuring a team-based approach to care.
• Practice in a comprehensive, one-stop-shop clinic, offering a full spectrum of medical services under one roof.
• Conduct in-depth assessments that explore both current and historical health issues, providing the time and space needed to gather critical health information and develop effective care plans.

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8am-5pm

Experience / Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner License
• BLS or ACLS Certification
• Outpatient Experience

Soft Skills:

• Passion for work - important to understand the patient population you will serve and desires to provide care to the senior population.
• Patience - balanced approach to care and being able to spend more time with patients to build a strong relationship.
