High Focus Centers in Branchburg is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client’s treatment goals. At High Focus Centers in Branchburg we are currently seeking a Licensed Counselor to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals providing Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment services to our co-occurring adolescent clients. • Schedule: 32 hours/week
• Hourly Rate: $75.00/hour - $84.00/hour
  
  

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to clients
• Consults with primary healthcare providers to ensure physical healthcare needs of clients are met
• Coordinates with medical staff of other providers such as state and inpatient facilities.
• Include doing history and physicals, reviewing labs, monitoring blood levels, medication management, preparing discharges (physician orders, scripts).
• Provides support and resources to the clinical staff as needed.
• Coordination with clinical staff and the primary care physician when appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Licensure

• Required: Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in addiction medicine and/or family practice medicine
