Happy Nurse Practitioner Week!

• Additionally we congratulate our State Award recipient for Excellence - Ms. Guinevere Que, a neurology NP based at George Washington Medical Faculty Associates.   She provides excellent care to medically and socially vulnerable patients referred to her from community clinics and actively communicates care with primary care providers.  She is adjunct faculty at George Washington University.

• For the State Award recipient for Advocacy we congratulate - Ms. Chioma Nwachukwu, a hospital based nursing director at Medstar Washington Hospital Center.  She serves on the District of Columbia Board of Nursing and advocates for Nurse Practitioners inclusion in many DC bills.  She has also served in many international mission trips to Nigeria, Africa.  She is adjunct faculty at Washington Adventist University.
