Elections are coming! Consider running for office in NPADC!

NPADC is now accepting applications to run for the following board positions. Please see the associated job descriptions, and consider running if you are looking for ways to contribute to NPADC. We welcome your input, expertise, and leadership as active members, so if you are interested in running, please contact Cameron Hogg (cwhogg09@gmail.com) or follow this link (https://forms.gle/2yxDu3tdJ1dgbHD17) by April 5 to declare your intent. Elections will be opened in late April, and the new slate of board members will be announced at the May 9 business meeting.
President-Elect: A President-Elect shall be elected each year, and the person elected shall serve a three-year term. The first year of the term will be served as President-Elect, the second year of the term will be served as President, and the third year of the term will be served as Immediate Past-President. Duties include presiding in the absence of the President, representing the NPADC upon request of the President, and assisting the president in obtaining funding for general membership meetings.
Recording Secretary: Elected for one year term. Duties include maintaining minutes of executive committee meetings.
Corresponding Secretary: Elected for one year term. Coordinates and disperses communication for the members, carrying out NPADC correspondence as required. In collaboration with ENP Network,aintains RSVP lists for dinner meetings and membership lists .
Treasurer: Elected for a one year term. Duties include responsibility for all fiscal matters and accounting thereof such as disbursement of funds, maintenance of books and records. Leaves organized books for the next Treasurer. The treasurer shall develop and maintain a budget for the current year, and maintain signed receipts for all expenditures.
Student Representative(s): Elected for a one year term. Duties include assisting the NPADC Board members in activities under the discretion of the board, but primarily assisting with membership meetings, namely publicizing meetings to DC NP programs and assisting with meeting sign in. Attends board meetings.
Website Secretary: Elected for a one year term. Duties include:
Collaborates with ENP Network web master. Maintains NPADC Facebook page and other web presence.
