Join NPADC at the final member meeting of this membership year.

Speaker: AANP Director of Reimbursement and Regulatory Affairs, Frank Harrington will discuss legislative updates affecting Nurse practitioners nationally and locally.

Members will also have the opportunity to nominate and vote board members for the currently open positions.

President: One Year Term.  Duties include presiding over meetings, enforcing administrative regulations, appointing committee chairs, (unless otherwise specified), and representing NPADC, entering into contracts and agreements in the name of NPADC, covering the accomplishment of goals and functions.  The president serves as an Ad hoc member of any of the organization committees.  Responsible for planning CE/program activities to include obtaining sponsorship, CE approval as necessary and follow-up with sponsor, CE approval organization and submission of attendance and evaluation to the CE approval organization.

President-Elect:  A President-Elect shall be elected each year, and the person elected shall serve a three-year term. The first year of the term will be served as President-Elect, the second year of the term will be served as President, and the third year of the term will be served as Immediate Past-President. Duties include presiding in the absence of the President, representing the NPADC upon request of the President, and assisting the president in obtaining funding for general membership meetings.

Secretary (Recording):  Elected for one year term.  Duties include maintaining minutes of executive committee meetings.

Secretary (Corresponding):  Elected for one year term. Coordinates and disperses communication for the members, carrying out NPADC correspondence as required. In collaboration with ENP Network, maintains RSVP lists for dinner meetings and  membership lists . 

Treasurer:  Elected for a one year term.  Duties include responsibility for all fiscal matters and accounting thereof such as disbursement of funds, maintenance of books and records. Leaves organized books for the next Treasurer. The treasurer shall develop and maintain a budget for the current year, and maintain signed receipts for all expenditures. All expenditures of greater than $2000.00 shall be voted on by the general membership, with the exception of NPADC-hosted general membership meetings.  Taxes shall be filed on any annual year if the gross intake for NPADC is greater than $25,000.

Student Representative(s): Elected for a one year term. Duties include assisting the NPADC Board members in activities under the discretion of the board, but primarily assisting  with membership meetings, namely publicizing meetings to DC NP programs and assisting with meeting sign in. Attends board meetings.

Website Secretary: Elected for a one year term. Duties include collaborating with ENP Network web master.  Maintains NPADC Facebook page and other web presence.

Board members are expected to attend all meetings which include the member and board member meetings. The member meetings hold on the second Thursday in September, November, January, March, and May. The board member meetings are scheduled as agreed by the board.
